Alisha Brosse, Ph.D.
Dr. Brosse is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in cognitive behavioral therapies for a wide range of presenting problems, especially mood, anxiety, and sleep disorders. She received her doctorate in psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2000. She completed a one-year predoctoral internship at the University of Washington Medical Center and then trained for two years at Duke University Medical Center, where she researched treatments for depression and provided psychological services to patients with life-threatening medical illnesses. Upon her return to Boulder in 2002, she established her private practice and began her work with the Robert D. Sutherland Center for the Evaluation and Treatment of Bipolar Disorder , where she currently is Associate Director. Colleen Ehrnstrom, Ph.D.
Dr. Ehrnstrom is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in treating people challenged by sleep disorders, chronic pain, anxiety and depression. Dr. Ehrnstrom combines traditional cognitive-behavioral therapy with acceptance and commitment therapy, an empirically-based psychological intervention that uses acceptance and mindfulness strategies to increase psychological flexibility.
Dr. Ehrnstrom has been serving the Boulder community since 1996. In that time, she has worked with the Boulder County Diversion Program, the Mapleton Pain Management team and the Boulder County Mental Health Center. She has also been a lecturer at CU Boulder, and is currently focusing on her private practice, which she established in the fall of 2001.
