

Introduction to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Boulder Center for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies, LLP (BCCBT) is pleased to sponsor a FREE informational hour for current or potential future patients about Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
This informational hour is intended for everyone who is interested in learning the basics about the cognitive behavioral approach and how it is used in therapy. For example, because they have been referred to CBT and want to learn more about it, or because they are looking for a kind of therapy that can help them with their difficulties.
Participants will learn about the CBT model and will have a chance to ask questions about how this treatment approach works.
Please note, this informational hour is not treatment!
No need to sign up or RSVP; Interested persons can just show up and have a seat in the waiting area.
