      <image:title>End the Insomnia Struggle - End the Insomnia Struggle offers a comprehensive program that can be individually tailored for anyone who struggles with insomnia. You will learn about the physiology of sleep, and about how a few nights of disturbed sleep can turn into a chronic problem. You will be guided to collect data about your sleep patterns, and you will use this data to build an individualized treatment program. Your program will include components of cognitive behavior therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) — the treatment of choice for chronic insomnia — and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Once you have developed your treatment program, the authors will hold your hand as you learn about and implement each of the treatment components. Once you are sleeping better, you will develop a plan to help your sleep stay on track. And, through it all, the authors will help you shift your relationship with sleep, so that you are no longer engaged in a struggle with the “Insomnia Monster!”</image:title>
